Beach Volleyball

What could be more Sydney? A sunny afternoon, and stretch of white sand, blue skies, and warm water ahead of you. Add some Urban Rec music, and a bunch of smiling faces, there is no suprise in this world why people keep flocking to play Beach Volleyball every week

This co-ed sport is 4 aside, with a minimum of 1 male and female players on the court. 

WHO WOULD LIKE THIS SPORT? If you love the beach, and being active then Beach Volleyball will have a special place for you. Beginners are welcome, this is the kind of sport where you settle in for an afternoon of sunshine and laughs. This is the quintessential recreational level of play.

Dodgeball

Dodgeball!? People actually play that? I thought it was just a movie! Aha, how wrong you were. It's a great workout, and a ridiculously fun way to get your bum off the couch, and keep FIT.

This co-ed sport will test your endurance, stamina and skill at dodging, ducking, diving and dipping.  It is a great way to keep in shape and have a blast doing it.  Each team must have at least 2 males and females on the court at all times.

WHO WOULD LIKE THIS SPORT? This is great for people who claim to have two left feet. If you know how to throw a ball, then you will be a great Dodgeball player. The rules are simple, and it’s truly a sport for any ability. Don’t be fooled though, you will get fit!

Fast5 Netball

Fast5 Netball is as close as you can get to playing Basketball, while playing Netball. We are talking 3 pointers, power rounds, and LOTS of running, with only 5 people on the court. It's fun, fast, and a freaking good workout. We are Sydney's only Fast5 Netball league!

WHO WOULD LIKE THIS SPORT? If you love Netball, and youre looking to mix it up this is a great option. Or if you like Netball, but wish the game stopped less, and was more fast. Basketball players will love the option to shoot 3 pointers, and everyone will love the amazing workout, from the HIIT style fitness.

Flag Gridiron

If all of this NFL hype has got you wondering if youre the next Jarryd Hayne, then we have a fun sport for you. We are the ONLY social Flag comp in Sydney. It's super fun, super easy, and oh so American. Erry body loves 'merica.

This co-ed sport is 6 aside, with a minimum of 3 male and female players on the court. We play on a half field, about 60m long and 40m wide. The game works just like on TV, your team gains yards with sometimes strategic plays, and avoids getting tagged to make the touchdown.

WHO WOULD LIKE THIS SPORT? If you are an NFL fan, this is no brainer. If you are looking for an alternate challenge to Oztag or Touch Footy, this is also a very easy game to learn, and develop your skills. It’s totally fine for people that have never played before. We teach you everything you need to know.

Indoor Volleyball

Our Indoor Volleyball leagues are same, same, but different. Some of our indoor Volleyball leagues are played on squash courts. Meaning you play rebound Volleyball. It’s super fun for people learning ball control, as it means you have more chance of making a sucessful pass, slam, or spike. 

This co-ed sport is 3-4 aside, with a minimum of 1 male and female players on the court. 

WHO WOULD LIKE THIS SPORT? If you love volleyball, but don’t have the skills to beat the experts, then our indoor leagues will help you get better. It’s a quintessential recreational level of play. It’s something different, and a great way to get 3-4 mates together for a hit every week.

Movement

Urban Movement is a new and exciting way to add a dash of fitness into your routine.  This is a brand new way of keeping fit, through sport, and other funtions. At Urban Movement, you will return to your inner child, who loved to be outside playing real games and running in real races through your own unique movement.

Expect, warm-up games from your childhood, obstacle courses, playground inspired fitness, dynamic yoga flows, functional mobility, circuit challenges, sports, & team training, calming ‘meditations in motion”. This workout is going to be unpredictable, fun, and completely comprehesive. 

WHO WOULD LIKE THIS? This workout is perfect for those people that get super bored working out. If going to the gym is like a punch in the face, then you will dig Urban Movement. You will be tricked into actually enjoying your workout through games, sport, and actual fun.

Multisport

Each week you play with the same team, but try your hand at a different sport. Some of your players will be killers, and others will be complete newbs. It's a lot of fun, and a great way to test your diverse sports skills.

This co-ed sport is 5 aside, with a minimum of 2 male and female players on the court. The sports we play are generally a mix of Soccer, Dodgeball, Field Hockey, Handball, Touch, Basketball, Flag Gridiron, AFL, Oz-tag, Volleyball and Netball. Depending on the location, sports will be allocated as suited to the venues.

WHO WOULD LIKE THIS SPORT? If you are majorly indecisive, or completely confused about which sport is for you, then this is a great option for you. We know that not all people will have played every sport before, so we teach you the basics each week. If you love diversity, then multsisport ifs your friend.

Soccer

Choose between Caged, and Outdoor Soccer. Caged offer Rebounds, non-stop running, and super fun, chaos, balls flying. Outdoor Soccer is for the tradtional player, but still just as intense and fun!

This co-ed sport is 5 aside, with a minimum of 2 male and female players on the court. We play on state of the art astro turf pitches. The court is smaller, the game is faster, and you will be amazed how much cardio you get!

WHO WOULD LIKE THIS SPORT? This is great for the Soccer all-rounder. You have the chance to play defence, score goals, and even play in the goals!

Softball

There are few things better than a night out at the diamond with some good friends playing one of the best social games out there: Baseball! So whip out your mitts and your wits and get ready to play ball!

This co-ed sport is 9 aside, with a minimum of 3 male and female players on the court. We play on a regular grass diamond, high quality padded bases. The underarm slow pitch to your own team means this league is recreational, safe, and fun for all skill levels.   

WHO WOULD LIKE THIS SPORT? Softball is an easy sport to learn. The rules we have mean anyone of any ability can play. It’s a terrific sport which requires short bursts of running, but mostly won’t require too much strenuous activity. This is the quintessential recreational level of play.

Street Soccer

This sport is like nothing you have seen. We play off the sandstone walls, around the back of the goals, and make the most of unconventional spaces. It's like soccer, but... prison rules.

This co-ed sport is 5 aside, with a minimum of 2 male and female players on the court. We play on a small field. It’s actually an old tennis court, with soccer line markings. The small space, and uneven walls mean this sport is unpredictable, and with plenty of touches, and tricks.

WHO WOULD LIKE THIS SPORT? This is great for non-purists, beginners, and people wishing to refine their technical skills. The game is non-traditional, and quite different to regular soccer. If you are beginner, bad passes don’t always mean your team loses possession, so it’s great for newbies.

Touch Football

Yo! We invented a new sport! It's Touch, BUT you can drop the ball, and you can KICK on the 4th and 5th touch. HELLO, how good does that sound?

This co-ed sport is 6 aside, with a minimum of 2 male and female players on the court. We play on a field which is about half of a regular size. The game honours all of the traditional touch rule, but the pop kicks, and the ability to drop the ball means both advanced, and beginner players can have a bit of extra fun. 

WHO WOULD LIKE THIS SPORT? People who like the concept of touch rugby league will enjoy this sport. The ability to kick really ads another angle to the game. If you are a beginner, and making big catches was once your downfall, it means you still have the ability to play on, and recover the possession of the play.
