Summer Beach Multisport Lyneham [Sun]

NEWBIE REGISTRATION: We know it’s tricky to get your crew together. We know sport makes some people feel nervous – so we’re making it simple. Register your team for $10 or register yourself for $1. This gets you a spot in the league and a chance to try us out for cheap-cheap. If you love it (you will), you can pay the remaining fee’s in week 3. ($500 per team, and $60pp)

6-week Season: We play 4 Sundays prior to Christmas then take a break and play two Sundays in 2018. The Dates are November 19 & 26, December 3 & 17, and January 7 & 14.

OUTDOOR COURTS: We play outdoors at the beach, meaning we are subject to the weather, if it too wet to play, we notify all players by 12noon. You can also check social media for live updates. Any rain out’s or cancellations are added to the end of the season, so you play 10 games no matter what.

TEAM REGISTRATION:  When you register as a team you can choose how many people you’d like to have on the team, and you can have as many subs as you need. You can register your team for $10 and pay the final amount $390 in week three.

INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION: Don’t have a team? No problem, register as an individual, and we will match you with a team, cost is $60 per person – BUT we are allowing you to register for $1 to take away any uncertainty you have. Need more info? YOUR DEDICATED STAFF: Your Event Hosts are Donald & Mads. They are in charge of running the games, teaching you the rules, and coaching you and the team as needed. Your League Manager is Lindsay, contact her about changes to the schedule, or any other questions.

WHAT TO BRING:  We provide all the equipment you need, as well as the team set of bibs. games are on the sand so you can choose if you want to wear shoes or go barefoot, active wear.. Your team will be given bibs for the duration of the season, it’s up to your team to bring them each week. Don’t forget water!

GETTING THERE: The Lyneham Beach Facility is located on Thurbon St Lyneham in Southwell Park, a short distance from the CBD of Canberra. Coming by public transit? You can take the 1,30, or 31 and get off a Mouat St.  Driving? There is plenty of parking onsite.
